Long-term Care

Our Long-term Care (LTC) neighbourhoods provide high-quality care, specialized to meet the needs of all residents with varying complexity of care needs. For those LTC neighbourhoods that are connected to a retirement continuum, access to the amenities and events along Main Street is encouraged.

Admission to LTC is managed by Ontario Health atHome.

We provide specialized neighbourhoods in Long-term Care; some are specifically designed for those who require physical assistance with activities of daily living, while others support the needs of Residents living with Alzheimer's Disease and related forms of dementia. Residents receive comprehensive nursing and medical assessments upon move-in and on a quarterly basis.
