Hamilton Continuing Care is located in the heart of downtown Hamilton on Wentworth Street South. We house 64 residents from various cultural backgrounds; each resident individualized with their own history and story.
As is the case with all of our small, acquired Long-term Care homes, we expect to transfer these beds into a brand new, full-scale Schlegel Villages within the city. Plans are currently in the works to finalize details of this project and we hope to have more to share in this space at some point in early 2023.
Our Long-term Care (LTC) neighbourhoods provide high-quality care, specialized to meet the needs of all residents with varying complexity of care needs.
We invite you to contact your local Home and Community Care Support Services provider for long-term care availability. We welcome you to visit the Village to see all that we have to offer.
