What is important to me in my role as General Manager at Aspen Lake, is developing a sense of community. I think of the community I grew up in and the important relationships I had with seniors in that community where we knew each other exceptionally well. They knew what was important to me and what my strengths were.

I think about that in relationship with the team members that I work with.  I think of the seniors that we serve and the importance of getting to know each of them as individuals and helping them find their strengths and life purposes helping them have a meaningful role in the community at Aspen Lake.
