12 Days of Christmas Fitness

Kinesiologists Laura and Dan are encouraging everyone to keep active this holiday season with the 12 Days of Christmas Fitness.  Each day a new exercise is added to complete the song and the Village gathers in the Town Hall to learn and participate.  Here is a PDF Document to help you join in.
