Schlegel Villages fosters a culture of continuous learning and is committed to providing financial support for education and training pathways for team members. As one family, we learn, grow and move forward together. Through mentorship, ongoing support and education we empower our team members to go beyond the status quo and unleash their full potential.
Full-time team members are eligible for education reimbursement up to $1,000 per year and part-time team members are eligible for education reimbursement up to $500 per year, subject to operational needs and approval.
Reimbursement for team members will be available for up to 75% of education fees for courses that are directly job-related and up to 50% of education fees for courses that are indirectly job-related.
Schlegel Villages Interest-Free Tuition Loan Program is designed to financially support our team member’s professional growth and development journey. We’re committed to helping our team members achieve their educational and career goals while continuing to work at Schlegel Villages. Our leaders and team members are our greatest culture keepers, and their growth and development will preserve our strongest asset, culturally aligned team members to support our vision, mission and values.

The Ron Schlegel Education Grant is an annual, application-based initiative designed to support Schlegel Villages team members in their pursuit of professional growth and development. With grants of up to $5,000, this program empowers team members to invest in furthering their education, whether through courses, certifications, or other learning opportunities. It reflects Schlegel Villages' commitment to fostering continuous learning and development, providing valuable support for those eager to enhance their skills and advance their careers.
RSU will annually award ten $5,000 education grants to deserving team members seeking to further their growth and development.
