The Village of Innis Landing has been part of the Schlegel Villages vision for the City of Barrie for many years, and we’re pleased to say that construction there began in early 2025.

When the 192-bed Village opens, hopefully in the fall of 2027, it will become the new home for our Coleman Care Centre family, which has been a fixture in Barrie for nearly 40 years. The new Village will be a true community hub in the heart of Barrie, and will house all the features our Villages have come to be known for, including private suites for every resident.
