We’re thrilled that construction has begun at the 240-bed Village of Westbrook Lane in Richmond Hill, and we hope to be able to welcome residents there by the summer of 2027.

The Village will harness all the features a Schlegel Villages has come to be known for, including the signature Main Street and Town Square and a variety of services and experiences residents and neighbours can access every day of the year. The Village will also offer exclusively private suites for each of its residents.
