Random Act of Kindness Day

The University of Waterloo participated in Random Act of Kindness Day (RAK Day) to help spread kindness on campus and in our community. Supporting The Kitchener and Waterloo Community Foundation, the RAK Day campaign seeks to create a more empathetic and connected community, inviting everyone to pay it forward.

Throughout the day, students, faculty, and staff dubbed the “Kindness Krew” perform small, yet meaningful deeds on each our campuses and across the region to help brighten people's days. On November 4th, Students joined Residents at The Village at University Gates in Waterloo to spread some kindness.
